Hi Pallette! I hear ya!If you think that it would just be toooo hard for you to quit the smoking while you do the MC, definitely just allow your self up to 3 a day. I think that is totally reasonable. Because cold turkey might not work and maybe once you start the whole cleansing thing you�ll start to feel soooo good that you�ll want to quit smoking! ya know?If it�s a choice between doing the MC (with a few smokes) or not at all...Do the MC! Ya�ll have been hoodwinked for sure! The dosage on the side of the container is some kinda joke. Most people who are sick need a whole lot more than that like in the full teaspoons to tablespoons. See Hulda Clark�s Cure for All Diseases page 222 figure32, which states, �Sheep Liver Flukes. Black threads in toilet are indications of fluke remains.� This is not a friendly microbe that is for #$%$#@% sure. Check photo on page 33 of the same book for a comparison to other fluke parasites. I believe from the book I have read that this microbial monster explodes when it hits the toilet water. Another gentlemen here in the past was spitting them up in the sink if my memory serves me. Hi RikI don�t know if your doc will support ya - most just have no idea about this stuff. However, when you think about it all you are doing is drinking a little olive oil which you probably eat during the day anyway - and a little grapefruit juice - how can anyone say that is bad for ya?As far as being able to still manage your affairs during the day you should be fine. I am 5�3� & 145 & I also feel best around 115 -sometimes even 110, but that is very hard to maintain. That�s an old mountain remedy, although I�ve never tried it. Turpentine and kerosene were valuable medicines for a lot of isolated mountain folk.
